Wicked Clothes ships all orders through the United States Postal Service. USPS has officially released their Christmas shipping deadlines for 2012. It is recommended that you make your purchase before the dates listed below if you want to increase the chances of your package arriving by December 25th. As we cannot control the package once it leaves our hands, the dates below are not guarantees -- only estimated guidelines.

IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT EVER BE RESTOCKED?
If an item sells out, it will usually be restocked within a few weeks. If you would like to purchase a sold out item, the best thing you can do is go to the product page and sign up to receive an e-mail notification when it comes back in stock.

HOW DO I HAND-WIND A WATCH?
Winding is done by placing the stem between your finger and your thumb and rolling it back and forth until you feel resistance. Winding past the resistance or all in one direction will ruin the mainspring and make this solely an ornament, no longer a timepiece. Please be careful, as I cannot give you a refund or replacement if you break your watch.
HOW DO I SET THE TIME ON A WATCH?
Carefully place the nail of your thumb under the stem on one side and the nail of your index finger underneath the stem on the other side. Then, gently pull directly upwards until the stem pops in to its extended position. After that, twist the stem to move the hands of the clock. When you have correctly set the time, push the stem downwards until it pops in to its closed position.
I'M HAVING TROUBLE CLOSING MY WATCH! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes, the locking mechanism may be slightly off. If you're experiencing problems closing your watch, push slightly to the left when closing it to make sure it catches.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Most of our products can be shipped anywhere in the world! A few cannot be shipped internationally due to various laws and regulations.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, BUT IT DIDN’T ASK ME FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SEND MY PURCHASE TO ME?
All of our orders are handled through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, it may auto-fill your shipping information in for you. Even with auto-fill, it still shows your primary shipping address and gives you a chance to change it before you place your order, but you may not have realized it.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the PayPal e-mail address used for the order, the incorrect shipping address, and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Your order will be shipped out shortly after it was placed. Any order being shipped within the United States is normally received within a week after purchase. If it's an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do on my end to expedite that process. It seems orders to Australia can take a while longer.
THE CUSTOMS INFORMATION SAYS THAT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER IS STUCK AT A SORTING FACILITY! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Customs information for international orders is not quite the same as tracking information. Customs information is only updated when it is relevant to the customs process. Even if it appears that your order is “stuck” in a sorting facility, there’s no need to worry – your order is likely much further along than it appears.
WHEN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER ARRIVED, I WAS CHARGED A SMALL FEE! WHY IS THAT?
The shipping charges you paid us only cover the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. Because we cannot keep up with the tax laws of every country in the world, we expect you to know the laws of your country better than we do. We are not responsible for any such taxes and fees that you may be subjected to.
